How do I order?

Browse our models, select your configuration, and complete checkout via Stripe. Full payment is required at the time of order.

Can I customise my car?

Yes. Custom 3-coat metallic paint is included as standard — specify your colour in the order notes. The P964 is available in 1 or 2 seat configuration. Add-ons (RWB kit, bumper kit) can be added at checkout.

What happens after I order?

You'll receive an order confirmation email. Your car goes into production within 1 business day. Production takes 25–30 days, after which it ships to your door.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Allow 25–30 days for production plus transit time. We'll keep you updated throughout.

Is shipping really free?

Yes — free door-to-door delivery anywhere in Australia is included in your purchase price.

Do you ship internationally?

Not currently. We ship to Australian addresses only.

How long does it take to charge?

Charging time depends on your charger. Full details are included with your car on delivery.

Are these road legal?

Apex Karts are electric replica cars intended for private property and enclosed tracks. Road legality varies by state and territory — please check your local regulations.

What's the weight limit?

300kg load capacity.

Warranty & Returns

What warranty is included?

12-month warranty on the battery and motor from date of delivery.

Can I return my car?

Each car is custom-built to your specifications. Orders can be amended within 24 hours of placement. Once in production, orders are non-refundable.
